This batch is sourced directly from the slopes of Mount Ithome, and produced by multi-generational olive-producing family Lioriza via the Palmyra Platform. Each 1L tin canister holds a pure, unfiltered taste of the Mediterranean, characterized by a vibrant green hue, gentle fruity undertones, and a subtle, pleasantly bitter finish.
